The full tang construction fused with POM and durable stainless steel makes for an exceptionally solid construction. The elegant, rounded handle fits beautifully in the hand which, combined with the half-bolster, makes for excellent control.
The RF-2404 Santoku Knife is a multi-purpose, Japanese style knife for slicing, dicing and mincing foods making it a staple in many kitchens. The fluted blade creates air pockets when chopping to aid food release and prevent food sticking to the blade.
