Any items purchased from our website may be returned to us for a full refund within 28 days of the original purchase. Items returned to us must be safely packed and sent in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and fit for resale. Refunds will only be made when the items have been safely received back and have been inspected. If these conditions are not met, your purchase will not be refunded. Please note we do not refund any initial postage charges paid on orders.
To return any items to us please email: email@example.com letting us know your order number and any additional feedback or information you can give at this time.
Once we have received your returns request we will confirm via email and ask you send your unwanted goods back to us for processing. When returning your items please include a note of your online order number along with your name and contact details so we can match your return to your original order. We will not process unauthorised returns.
Please note that the delivery cost of returning unwanted purchases will be borne by the purchaser. We strongly recommend sending returns by recorded delivery as I Grunwerg Ltd will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the customer or recipients in non-recoverable carriage.
We are not able to provide a refund or replacement for any products not purchased directly through our own website and through a third party seller. In this instance please contact the original retailer or online seller to make arrangements directly with them for any returns.
