We offer free delivery on all orders over £60 to any UK postal address. For orders under £60, there is a £5.99 delivery charge. This is our default delivery option for UK orders.

Next Day Delivery:

For express next day delivery, we will charge £6.99 per order to any UK postal address. 

Europe

Orders to the EU and EEC will be sent ex Vat. VAT and Duty will be payable on collection of the goods in the recipient country. VAT rates vary but are usually between 20-25% depending on the country. Duty for cutlery in the EU customs area is set at 8.5% These charges will be payable to the carrier on delivery. If payment of the VAT and duty is refused, we will take back the goods and refund the order minus any return shipping and duty costs. 

For European deliveries we will charge:

£14.99 for any address in Zone 2-51 (excluding zone 6); and
£22.99 for Zone 6.

    Your parcel should arrive within 2-3 working/business days.

    Zone 2-51 Countries are: 

    Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Belgium, Holland (The Netherlands), Luxembourg, France, Germany, Monaco, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal (excluding Azores and Madeira), Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Slovak Republic.

    Zone 6 Countries are:
    Andorra, Channel Islands (Guernsey), Channel Islands (Jersey), Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland.

    International
    For International deliveries we will charge:
    £27.99 for Zone 5 and 8;
    £19.99 for Zone 6-7; and
     £29.99 for Zone 9.

      Your parcel should arrive within 2-3 working/business days.

      Zone 5 and 8 Countries are:

      Dispatch times
      *We aim for all orders to be dispatched the same working day if you order before 12:00pm Monday to Friday.

       During seasonal peaks please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be dispatched on your designated service. If you require any further information on this, please contact our Customer Care team at ecommerce@grunwerg.co.uk 

      The Process

      Once your order has been successfully completed and is ready to be sent you will receive an email from us confirming the successful dispatch of your parcel(s).
      UPS will then contact you via email and SMS text message (if a mobile number has been provided) to confirm your tracking number and when your parcel will arrive.
      If there is no response when UPS try to deliver your parcel, a card will be left giving you the option to re-arrange the collection. They will re-attempt to deliver your parcel up to two times after which it may be returned back to Grunwerg.
      Please note due to courier restrictions, we are unable to ship to some areas of the UK on a next day delivery service.
