Inspired by traditional chef’s knives with a contemporary twist, the new 2400 series is designed for both beginner and experienced cooks. The full tang construction fused with POM and durable stainless steel makes for an exceptionally solid construction. The elegant, rounded handle fits beautifully in the hand which, combined with the half-bolster, makes for excellent control.
The RF-2402 Carving Knife is designed for clean, even slicing and serving of large cuts of meat, but it can also handle poultry, fish and vegetables.
