Bread Knife

Inspired by traditional chef’s knives with a contemporary twist, the new 2400 series is designed for both beginner and experienced cooks. The full tang construction fused with POM and durable stainless steel makes for an exceptionally solid construction. The elegant, rounded handle fits beautifully in the hand which, combined with the half-bolster, makes for excellent control.

The RF-2403 Serrated Bread Knife is designed to handle foods with contrasting textures- hard crusts and soft interiors. The serrated edge grips the crust and slices through the soft crumb without crushing it, making it perfect for sourdough, baguettes, brioche and more.
