Our cutting boards are made with the best materials to help preserve the condition and sharpness of your knives. We use various wood including Oak, Maple, Ash Wood, Acacia, Rubber Wood and Sapele. The Multi wood chopping boards come with a mixture of the woods above. The mixture represents diversity of the forest and the benefits are that they are economic and eco friendly. The End grain models are where the wood is cut across the grain rings. Rather than cutting the length of the trunk the wood is cut at 90 degree angle – exposing the character of the wood grain and rings. End Grain Fibres absorb the impact of the knife blade, making the boards knider to knives but also preserve the look of the boards p>
