'Equilibrium' is defined as a 'state in which opposing forces or influences are perfectly balanced' and this is what we seek to achieve with these knives. Our handles are made from POM material in a curved design, which provides a perfect and comfortable grip, weighted by the through-tang steel construction. Our blades are made from German high quality chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel, which is ice-hardened for lasting sharpness and rust resistance. But the highlight is the perfect balance of these knives, which sit comfortably in the hand encouraging a professional 'rocking' cutting action.
