Santoku Knives
A new dawn for the Ashwood collection. Restyled and reimagined but retaining the beautifully crafted ash wood handle with a forged German steel blade. Finished with a traditional hammered effect, which not only adds to the natural beauty of the product,
but also assists with ensuring nothing sticks to your knife. Ash is an extremely durable and tough wood, with enough elasticity to make it the perfect material for knife and tool handles. Combined with a traditional 3 rivet construction, Ashwood retains a touch of the tradition and classic manufacturing quality.
The boning knife is typically characterised with a very sharp point and narrow blade and primarily used in the preparation of meats such as poultry, seafood and beef. The Honesuki or boning knife features a distinctively Japanese style of a triangular shape that is very rigid compared to the Western-style boning knife.
